Return Policy
We have high quality control standards to ensure that all products we ship are in perfect condition, however, returns or exchange requests are unavoidable.
We recommend that you check your package upon arrival. In the rare event that a package contains damaged, missing or incorrect items, please contact us immediately so we can correct any issues.
1. Please contact us before sending the item back to us for a refund. We do not accept returned items that you return directly without prior confirmation with us.
2. The return courier fee should be borne by yourself.
3. After confirming receipt of the returned package, we will contact you to give you a refund or exchange.
1. The following returns can be accepted within 30 days
We can accept customer returns within 30 days after you receive the package. We will refund your money when we confirm the arrival of your returned package. Items that can be returned or refunded must meet the following criteria:
1. Please ensure that the product is not used and does not affect secondary sales.
2. Defective items arrive damaged/broken or soiled.
3. The item received is not the correct size/color.
4. Because we charge the freight according to the behavior of the shipping company, we will only refund the good price that you are responsible for.
5. The freight charged by the courier company, so the return freight is borne by you.
II. full refund
We will provide a full refund for any item found to be defective or damaged through our fault. Damages due to the fault of a third party or the customer's own fault cannot be refunded.
Partial refund
We also offer partial refunds for returns that are missing some original parts. In this case, the customer can only get a partial refund.
We will process your refund within 7 days of receiving your package. Refunds will be issued to your original payment account upon your request.
